Klüh Security’s e-learning module receives Comenius EduMedia Seal

For the ninth consecutive year, Klüh Security has been recognized with the prestigious Comenius-EduMedia Seal awarded by the by the Gesellschaft für Pädagogik, Information und Medien e.V. (Society for Education, Information and Media - GPI). The award was for a digital training module developed by the company’s own Rheinische Akademie für Sicherheit und Wirtschaft (Rhineland Academy for Security and Business - RASW) for airport security personnel in accordance with Section 11.2.3.9 of EU Regulation 2015/1998.

The e-learning module was developed by RASW specifically for use in initial and advanced training in the field of aviation security. It is aimed at security companies that want to train their security personnel efficiently and practically in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation 2015/1998. As a digital component within the “DigiLearn” learning management system, the program offers a modern alternative to traditional teaching methods that fully complies with the regulatory requirements.

“This repeat recognition from GPI confirms our commitment to providing training content that is not only legally compliant but also of the highest standard in terms of teaching methods and media,” says Klüh Security’s Managing Director Sven Horstmann. “We are delighted to receive this recognition and see it as a validation of our investment in digital education.”

The Rheinische Akademie für Sicherheit und Wirtschaft (RASW), based in Düsseldorf, is part of the Klüh Group and specialises in industry-specific training and further education for the security sector, particularly in the areas of aviation security, hazardous goods and personal protection.

The Comenius EduMedia recognition is awarded annually following intensive examination by a jury of experts from science, education and practice from ten countries worldwide. It recognises outstanding digital educational media in categories such as career, education and training, school and culture. It was established in honour of the educator Johann Amos Comenius (1592–1670), a pioneer of modern education who had a decisive influence on the use of visual, image-based methods to convey knowledge.
