Klüh’s employer branding wins German Brand Award 2025

The multiservice provider Klüh is among the winners of this year’s German Brand Award. Klüh was honoured in the category “Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation – Employer Branding” for its attention-grabbing employer branding campaign.

With the slogan “I don’t work for just anyone” and the hashtag #SelbstbewusstSein (be confident), the campaign puts the valuable work of Klüh’s employees centre stage. It is supplemented by targeted sub-campaigns that individually showcase the various working environments at Klüh – from cleaning and security services to catering, accounting and other areas. This ensures that each division is authentically and visibly positioned under the Klüh Multiservices umbrella brand.

“In today’s competitive job market, it takes courage to take a clear stance and stand your ground. Our employer branding campaign not only highlights the diversity of our career profiles, but also emphasises the strong support we offer our employees. Winning the German Brand Award is a great recognition for our team and our goal of being visible as an attractive employer,” explains Viktoria Kaiser, Head of Human Resources at Klüh Multiservices. 

The German Brand Award is one of the most prestigious awards for successful brand management and sustainable brand communication in the German-speaking world. The prize is awarded by the German Design Council, Germany’s design and brand authority, and the German Brand Institute. It recognises outstanding product and corporate brands as well as particularly strong campaigns, concepts and strategies.
