Klüh launches new software-supported application management system

The war for talent is also raging in the building services sector, and new employees are hard to find. What’s more, good candidates disappear quickly from the market. Which means that recruiting has to move fast. To meet this challenge, the multi-service provider Klüh is now using a new software-supported applicant management solution to optimise its recruitment processes.

“Apart from addressing specific target groups, the time between the application and acceptance is often decisive for successful recruiting. Our new applicant management software provides the necessary efficiency in the process and transparent handling. This means that we can flexibly adapt our recruitment processes to the constantly changing conditions on the labour market”, explains Viktoria Kaiser, Head of Human Resources at Klüh Service Management GmbH.

Efficiency and transparency in the recruiting process

The e-recruiting solution from the HR tech provider softgarden allows all the processes, from the job advertisement through to recruitment, to be managed centrally: using an integrated multiposting function, jobs can easily be advertised on the company’s own website and relevant job portals. Everyone involved in the recruitment process at Klüh has centralised access to the applications received from wherever they are. The electronic application cuts processing times considerably. The application also creates transparency, provides direct access to the processing status and speeds up communication with applicants. What’s more, the number of applicants and other statistical data can be analysed.

The process also has advantages for the applicants: as part of an intuitive candidate journey, application documents can be uploaded with just a few clicks. When applying, applicants who agree to the storage of their data beyond a specific job vacancy can be notified of future openings if the job profile fits. The portal can also be used to submit unsolicited applications. Data protection and security are guaranteed because the e-recruiting system only serves as a medium.

With its user-friendly job portal, the option of applying via WhatsApp, and its new applicant management system, the Klüh Group is a pioneer of simplified application procedures in the nationwide facility services sector.
