We provide transparent information about the products and suppliers we use and contribute our extensive knowledge of nutritional science. Keen to learn, we actively participate in and sponsor research projects because we want to be able to offer our clients the best catering possible.

We operate airport lounges, for example, using our extensive skills to provide consistently high-quality meals and beverages, service staff for coffee bars and the supply of magazines and other sundries.

DigiSupply – the innovative stock management system

DigiSupply was developed by Klüh’s Center of Digital Excellence and is an important pillar of the offering from subsidiary Keros Consult, which aims to create value for clients.

The service portfolio includes process optimisation, advice on sustainable concepts and the use of the DigiSupply stock management system.

This innovative software solution for the institutional catering industry can be used to manage all steps from ordering to inventory.

Moreover, DigiSupply ensures the security of the order process through the central provision of selected items and more than 10,000 recipes. It also incorporates the correct labelling of foodstuffs, central complaints management, the monitoring of critical control points, an efficient process in the event of product recalls and the integration of downstream invoicing systems.

Klüh’s DigiMenu ordering system with conference portal is integrated into DigiSupply. When designing menus, clients in the healthcare sector benefit from the fact that the system automatically takes account of permitted diets, food intolerances and medical requirements.
