The multi-service provider Klüh has been named a “Marketing Champion” by the Marketing Club Düsseldorf in the category “Achieving success together with customers & partners.” At a formal award ceremony on 3 September 2025 at the EUREF Campus in Düsseldorf, Frank Theobald, CEO of the Klüh Group, accepted the award from Dr. Stephan Langer, Managing Board Member of the Marketing Club Düsseldorf.
The laudatory speech was held by Dr. Karl Hans Arnold, a member of Klüh’s Advisory Board, who took up the jury’s reasoning: Klüh's sustainable and value-oriented business practices were particularly commended. The consistent focus on people, the combination of customer satisfaction and employee orientation, and the targeted use of digital and sustainable innovations were particularly highlighted. This combination of technological progress, team spirit and continuous further development makes Klüh a pioneering player in facility management – and a company that plays a decisive role in shaping the market for infrastructure services.
“The award not only underlines our innovative strength, but, above all, it pays tribute to our collaborative approach and our forward-looking strategy, which enables us to work successfully with customers and partners”, explained Frank Theobald, CEO of the Klüh Group, at the award ceremony.
Focus on people – innovation as a driving force
As an internationally active multi-service provider, Klüh stands for value-oriented, sustainable and forward-looking entrepreneurship. Since its foundation in 1911, the family business has focussed on achieving a strong synergy between customer and employee orientation. Klüh does not see these concepts as opposites, but rather as key prerequisites for long-term success.
One example of this approach is the use of digital tools such as EcoServ. The smart, modular cleaning service means that cleaning tasks can be individually and flexibly tailored to the utilisation of a property, thereby saving resources and CO2 and improving the working conditions of the cleaning staff.
Alongside this solution, Klüh continuously develops further best practice approaches for building-related services – since 2024, it has also had its own branch on the EUREF campus in Düsseldorf. The site is a future hub for sustainability, energy, and mobility, and provides ideal conditions for exchange, innovation, and presentation. Here, Klüh demonstrates to a broad audience how modern, resource-efficient building management can be shaped in a changing world of work.
Strong, forward-looking employer brand
As an employer, Klüh offers its employees attractive development opportunities – for example, through training courses at the TÜV-certified Klüh Academy, digital learning formats, and in-service training. This is complemented by flexible working time models, a fair remuneration system, and benefits such as JobRad bicycle leasing and occupational health management. Diversity, respect and mutual appreciation shape the corporate culture – as is also reflected in the current employer branding campaign, through which Klüh is systematically strengthening its position as a modern employer.
