New consulting service for sustainable and digital process optimisation

Düsseldorf, 25.04.2022 – Klüh Service Management GmbH, an internationally operating multi-service provider from Düsseldorf, announces the foundation of Keros Consult GmbH as a new service company. With the wholly owned subsidiary, the Klüh Group is responding to the greatest challenges on the catering market: cost pressure, staff shortages and the constantly increasing demands of the guests in the areas of sustainability and quality along with the mandatory provision of proof required by the legislator.

The new consulting service makes it possible to sustainably improve the work processes in company restaurants, hospitals, old people’s and nursing homes, at school and pre-school caterers as well as in industrial kitchens. By analysing the work processes in the kitchen, practical concepts for the sustainable optimisation of the kitchen management are developed and implemented, which create opportunities for savings and boost important time resources.

In this context, Keros Consult relies on digital systems specially developed for community catering in combination with pragmatic process optimisation, which are modular in design and optimally coordinated with each other. In this way, almost all individual requirements of the catering sector - from purchasing to kitchen management to sustainability - can be taken into account.

Customers benefit from the many years of expertise of Keros Consult personnel in the operational management of community catering establishments and in lean management consulting, as well as from favourable conditions in purchasing. “Thanks to our experience in kitchen management, we can quickly identify improvement potential and thus implement effective concepts for digital process optimisation that are always practical and beneficial for our customers’ daily business,” says Managing Director Jörn Niewiadomsky, who brings more than 20 years of experience in community catering and consulting to Keros Consult.

Frank Theobald, Chairman of the Klüh Management Board, adds: “Our software solutions have already been successfully employed in over 180 of our kitchens. Our aim with Keros Consult is to bundle this expertise and make it available to a broad market as a solution. The Klüh management wishes Mr. Niewiadomsky and his team a good start and every success with their new consulting model.”
