Klüh Security e-learning programme is distinguished

Düsseldorf, 07.07.2022 - The Security division of the multi-service provider, Klüh, has been distinguished with the prestigious Comenius EduMedia Award by the Gesellschaft für Pädagogik, Information und Medien e.V. (GPI), for the sixth time in a row. Klüh Security received the award in the "Vocational training and further education" category for its digital "Preparation for the expert knowledge examination in accordance with § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act" learning programme.

Klüh Security Managing Director Axel Hartmann: "We are delighted to have been distinguished with another award for our training programme, which not only ensures a contemporary learning experience at the highest level, but also offers the benefit of independent learning, regardless of time and place." Klüh Security trains its employees itself in seminars and workshops at its in-house academy and security school. Here, the "DigiLearn" web- and computer-based learning management system provides an innovative and modern supplement to traditional classroom teaching.

The "Comenius EduMedia Seal" is awarded by the GPI expert jury of academics as well as professional and educational practitioners from ten countries worldwide, following a thorough examination using the test criteria. The organisation has awarded the seal annually since 1995 in recognition of outstanding digital educational media for work, training, school, culture and leisure. This year, approximately 200 manufacturers, publishers, projects and authors from eight European countries submitted digital educational products for a manufacturer-neutral quality check.

The Comenius EduMedia Award originated with the educator Johann Amos Comenius (1592-1670). Comenius was a pioneer of a popular and child-oriented education, and he propagated the systematic use of pictures and vividness for didactic purposes.
