Certified control centre operated by Klüh Security secures its first partners and customers

The integrated alarm receiving centre and emergency call and service control centre operated by Klüh Security has reached a significant phase in its development: it is now officially certified according to VdS 3138 and VdS 3137/DIN EN 50518, DIN EN 17483-1 (Private security services – Protection of critical infrastructure) and ISO 27001, and thus meets the highest requirements in terms of information security, process quality and control centre operations. At the same time, Klüh Security has already secured its first strategic partners and customers for its intelligent control centre solution.

With these certifications, the control centre not only fulfils the technical and organisational requirements for modern security services but also confirms its performance and quality standards in accordance with internationally recognised standards. The VdS certification confirms that the alarm receiving centre has been configured in accordance with the relevant standards and operates reliably in compliance with VdS 3137/DIN EN 50518 – including the requirements defined for technical infrastructure, organisational procedures and the structured processing of alarm and emergency calls. The certification in accordance with DIN EN 17483-1 demonstrates that Klüh Security’s services also meet the specific requirements for a security service provider in the context of critical infrastructure and can be deployed in particularly security-critical environments. In addition, the ISO 27001 certification documents confirm that Klüh Security has established a comprehensive and auditable information security management system that ensures the protection of sensitive data and processes.

“With the certifications acquired, we are sending a strong signal regarding the quality and reliability of our control centre services,” explains Sven Horstmann, Managing Director of Klüh Security. “Our customers and partners can therefore be confident that state-of-the-art technology, proven process quality and systematic risk management go hand in hand.”

Klüh Security has already secured its first partners and customers on this basis. The partners primarily support the technical integration of security and service applications, while customers in particularly security-relevant sectors – including the armed forces, energy suppliers, banks, airports, seaports, healthcare facilities and high-tech companies – are already making use of the certified control centre solution. This cooperation creates a strong foundation for resilient control centre operations that meet the growing demands for security, digitalisation and rapid response capabilities.

The certified alarm receiving centre / emergency call and service control centre is available around the clock and serves as a central hub for coordinated security and service processing. Through a combination of qualified staff, intelligent technology and certified processes, it ensures efficient, structured alarm handling and rapid response times, taking traditional security services to a new level of performance.
