How quality management informs our corporate identity
Corporate responsibility, value-based business practices and the consistent high quality of our services are key aspects of Klüh’s corporate identity. As an international multiservice provider, we set standards that in some cases go beyond statutory requirements.
We view quality not just as an outcome but as a mindset based on clear management principles, responsible decision-making and the commitment of our employees.
It is our ambition to operate transparently, reliably and sustainably in all our divisions and across all processes.
To achieve this, we regularly review our standards by way of internal and external audits and continue to optimise them. This is how we build trust and safeguard our company’s capabilities in the long term.
The guidelines and principles governing our operations
Our management and operating principles serve as the framework for a professional, collaborative and responsible way of working. They serve as guidance for all our employees and define how we interpret and implement quality, safety and sustainability. In particular, they include the following:
- Responsible management and compliance guidelines
- Clear rules for integrity
- Occupational health and safety measures
- Protection of the environment, energy and resources
- High information and IT security standards
These principles ensure that quality at Klüh remains measurable, transparent and reliable in the long term.
Quality management, occupational safety and compliance are key aspects of our integrated management system. Our policies on quality and ethics and our occupational health and safety guidelines define binding standards for compliance, risk mitigation and sustainable process safety.
Sustainability, environmental management and energy efficiency are strategic action areas for Klüh. Our environmental and energy policies and information relating to international standards – such as those set by GHG Protocol, ILO and CDP – document our commitment to climate change mitigation, transparency and responsible corporate governance.

Information security, data protection and IT security are the essential pillars of trust, data integrity and business continuity. Our IT security policy defines clear standards for protecting sensitive information, preventing cyber risks and complying with statutory data protection requirements.
By implementing Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we are strengthening our commitment to human rights and environmental standards in the global supply chain. Transparent processes and clearly allocated responsibilities ensure compliance with statutory due diligence obligations and sustainable procurement standards.
