Transparency and audited processes are key aspects of our quality management. Regular internal and external audits ensure compliance with our standards and their ongoing optimisation.

In addition, we publish various reports providing insights into our quality, energy, social and sustainability performance and documenting our responsible approach to resource use, our employees and regulatory requirements.

Significance of audits and reports for improving our quality

Audits and reports are a significant feature of our quality management system, ensuring transparency, recording progress and facilitating the continuous improvement of our processes. Regular assessment enables us to detect risks at an early stage, define actions and ensure that we always meet our clients’ expectations and comply with the relevant standards, legislation and voluntary commitments.

Overview of the GRI conformity of our sustainability reporting and access to the relevant GRI landing page.

Corporate Due Diligence Report 2023 (PDF; German only)

Documents the implementation of due diligence obligations in accordance with Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and describes the risks identified and the actions implemented. This is monitored externally by Germany’s Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA).
