Klüh Security extends its technology portfolio through partnership with Verkada

Klüh Security is further expanding its technology portfolio in the field of intelligent video security, and has established a strategic partnership with Verkada. Having recently expanded its range to include locally operated video security solutions from Geutebrück, Klüh Security is now specifically adding a cloud-based security platform. This means the company will be able to offer its customers both on-premises and cloud architectures in future, providing the right solution to suit their security strategy, IT infrastructure and regulatory requirements. By expanding its partner network, Klüh Security is consistently pursuing a technologically open approach, supporting customers in the planning and implementation of modern security solutions, regardless of the chosen architecture.

The cloud-based Verkada platform combines video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, environmental sensors and intercom systems in one centralised environment. AI-supported analysis functions enable the rapid assessment of security-related incidents and help to identify and categorise relevant situations at an early stage. Companies also benefit from centralised management of multiple sites, high scalability and rapid implementation without complex local server infrastructures.

The key added value for Klüh customers is created by connecting the Verkada platform with Klüh Security’s operational security services, as well as its alarm receiving centre (AES) and emergency and service control centre (NSL). Security-related incidents are gathered centrally there, assessed and processed in accordance with defined procedures. This results in proactive, end-to-end security processes – from intelligent incident detection and professional alarm handling to the early assessment of potential risks and the initiation of appropriate intervention measures. The partnership thus also supports the further expansion of Klüh Security’s intelligent control centre, where modern security technologies and operational security expertise are interconnected.

“Every company pursues its own security and IT strategy. With Geutebrück and Verkada, we can now offer our customers both locally operated and fully cloud-based security architectures and support them with our control centre expertise and operational security services, regardless of the chosen technology. This means they receive a security solution that is geared to their individual requirements – and not the other way round,” explains Sven Horstmann, Managing Director at Klüh Security.
