In the field of video security, modern security requirements today go well beyond traditional video surveillance. This calls for solutions that combine various video, alarm and building technology systems, intelligently assess security-related incidents and facilitate an immediate response where necessary. The requirements of customers are diverse and depend on the operating environment, the IT infrastructure and the regulatory framework.
Against this background, Klüh Security is expanding its network of partners in the field of integrated video security to include Geutebrück, an established provider of professional video security solutions for locally operated infrastructures. This collaboration makes it possible to offer precisely tailored solutions, particularly to customers with high requirements in terms of data sovereignty and the on-site operation of security-critical systems. At the same time, Klüh Security is, in this way, strengthening its strategic aim of using targeted technology partnerships to cover a broad spectrum of modern security architectures.
The two companies contribute their respective strengths to a joint solution: Geutebrück provides an open, scalable video platform that enables video surveillance, AI-supported analysis and the integration of various security and third-party systems, whilst Klüh Security supports this with operational security services, control centre expertise and decades of experience in protecting people and infrastructure. This results in an end-to-end security process in which technical incident detection, intelligent analysis and operational responses are closely coordinated.
The core of the solution is the connection of the Geutebrück platform to Klüh Security’s alarm receiving centre (AES) and emergency and service control centre (NSL). There, messages from video, alarm and building technology systems are compiled centrally. The control centre assesses these incidents on the basis of defined criteria, prioritises them and coordinates further action. Supported by AI-based analysis and alarm functions, security-related incidents are assessed and translated into concrete measures more quickly – from professional alarm management and the deployment of security personnel to on-site intervention.
“Security today relies on the intelligent interplay of technology, data and operational expertise,” explains Sven Horstmann, Managing Director at Klüh Security. “With Geutebrück, we have a partner at our side that provides open and high-performance video platforms for demanding security environments. Together, we combine these technologies with our operational control centre expertise to create an end-to-end security process capable of responding quickly and reliably in an emergency.”
