Klüh Security launches alarm receiving and emergency service centre

With the start-up of its own alarm receiving and emergency service centre, Klüh Security is expanding its portfolio with a future-oriented service area. The new facility at the Meerbusch site marks an important milestone in the company’s digital transformation – and lays the foundation for a highly networked, technology- driven security and service model.

The control centre combines state-of-the-art monitoring technology with many years of operational expertise and enables around-the-clock support for a wide variety of systems, including hazard warning systems, video surveillance, lift emergency calls and building control systems. Alongside conventional alarm processing, Klüh Security also offers additional services such as cold storage monitoring, coordination of services, and the handling of technical faults or emergency calls. Innovative and critical-infrastructure-ready technologies such as AI-supported alarm filtering, IoT-connectivity and drone technology ensure maximum efficiency and response speed.

Strategic partnership

In future, continuous round-the-clock monitoring and control of various systems will be made possible by the manufacturer-neutral PSIM platform WinGuard. As a certified Control Room Partner of Advancis, Klüh Security relies on its collaboration with the “certified WinGuard integrator” TAS  Sicherheits- und Kommunikationstechnik.

The alarm receiving and emergency service centre also provides economic advantages for customers: digital coordination reduces staffing and operating costs while increasing reliability and service quality. The system has a modular structure and can be flexibly expanded to accommodate new facilities or requirements – for example, by connecting additional sensors or integrating customer-specific services.

“With our new control centre, we are taking security and service to a whole new level. We combine digital control with operational expertise, thus creating an intelligent security ecosystem for a wide range of requirements,” explains Sven Horstmann, Managing Director at Klüh Security. “We are particularly strong where conventional security solutions meet complex facility requirements.”

With the implementation of this central service, Klüh Security is positioning itself as a modern partner for integrated security solutions, combining conventional services with the opportunities provided by networked technologies. The new control centre is thus a strategic building block in the company’s further development – and a strong signal to the market.
