Starting immediately, Klüh Catering is responsible for the catering services for Condor Flugdienst GmbH at its new headquarters at Frankfurt Airport. Prior to the collaboration, early discussions in the context of the planned relocation led to the joint development of a tailored fresh-food concept combining cost-effectiveness with high culinary standards.
The site is located in Frankfurt’s Gateway Gardens district, a dynamic business and development zone near the airport which is characterised by modern infrastructure and a high concentration of international companies. In this setting, Klüh is taking over the catering for employees at the Condor crew restaurant, ‘The Galley’, thus creating a contemporary gastronomic offer for the working day that is also open to external guests. The offering is complemented by a barista bar, which is also open to the public.
The range of services includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, conference catering, special events and an extensive vending machine range for snacks and late and night shifts. Around 300 diners are served freshly prepared meals every day. The focus is on a high-quality, versatile catering concept, with all food items prepared fresh on the premises. In this context, Klüh places a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, efficient processes and a range of services tailored to the various needs of the employees. In addition, the company is taking over the delivery of an existing customer in the direct vicinity and is making targeted use of synergies in production and logistics.
