The multi-service provider Klüh has been recognised once again this year for its high-recruiting quality in the BEST RECRUITERS study for 2024/25. In the current ranking by career Institut & Verlag, the family-owned company secured third place in the “Facility/Security Services” sector and maintained its position among the top 100 in the overall ranking, coming 57th out of a total of 433 employers surveyed in Germany.
The study, which is considered the largest recruitment analysis in the German-speaking world, examined around 300 individual criteria along the candidate journey. Among other things, the recruiting website, the quality of job advertisements, communication with applicants and the handling of feedback were evaluated. Klüh particularly impressed with its modern and applicant-friendly processes, earning it the silver seal from BEST RECRUITERS.
“This repeat award highlights the priority we place on appreciative and respectful dealings with potential new employees. This result confirms our ongoing efforts to ensure a professional and service-oriented application process and motivates us to continue actively embracing and implementing innovative recruiting trends,” explains Viktoria Kaiser, Head of Human Resources at Klüh.
